Frequently Asked Questions

  • The session is fun, structured, and beginner-friendly, with light competition built in. Participants learn basic archery technique, how scoring works, and then play a variety of games. Depending on the group, this may include team competitions, small-group challenges, or individual shoot-offs. The emphasis is on participation, laughter, and shared experience—not performance pressure.

  • Each session is 60 minutes. This is the ideal length for beginners, as archery uses muscle groups most people are not used to. One hour keeps energy high and prevents fatigue, ensuring the experience stays positive and engaging for everyone.

  • No prior experience or athletic ability is required. Archery is low-impact and inclusive, making it suitable for a wide range of participants. Shooting is done at an individual pace, and participation is always optional and respected.

  • Yes. Safety is a top priority. All sessions begin with a safety briefing and are fully supervised by me (Eleanor) a certified USA Archery coach. All equipment is provided, and insurance is included, meeting common corporate and HR risk standards.

  • Sessions are held at Paseo Vista Archery Range in Chandler, AZ. Groups of 6–40 participants can be accommodated through rotations and team formats to keep everyone involved.

  • Archery by Eleanor offers a professionally run, low-stress experience that is easy for organizers to manage and enjoyable for participants. With experience teaching both corporate teams and social groups, sessions are adaptable, well-structured, and designed to help people connect quickly by learning something new together.
