Never tried archery before? Start here. Our Intro to Archery classes are designed for complete beginners and include all equipment, basic safety, proper shooting form, and plenty of time to shoot real recurve bows in a relaxed, supportive environment.

Level 1 Archery

Level 1 is designed for complete beginners who want to learn archery the right way from the start. Over four weeks, you’ll build proper form, understand how the equipment works, learn scoring and tournament basics, and develop the confidence to shoot consistently at 20 meters.
No experience is required, and all equipment is provided. $140

Week 1 — Form & Fundamentals
Learn safety, the shot process, proper form and alignment, plus an introduction to scoring and how archery tournaments work. Shoot at 15 meters.Week 2 — Equipment & Scoring
Explore barebow, Olympic recurve and compound archery, learn the major parts of a recurve bow, and shoot your first 36-arrow scoring round at 20 meters.Week 3 — Mindset & Progress
Learn goal setting, focus, routines and mental-performance skills while completing another 20-meter scoring round and measuring your progress.Week 4 — Put It All Together
Complete your final 36-arrow round at 20 meters and a short collaborative knowledge check. A score of 200+ demonstrates readiness to move into Level 2. -
By the end of Level 1, you’ll have a strong foundation in form, equipment, scoring, and range procedures. You’ll be able to shoot safely and confidently, understand how the sport works, and be ready to progress into Level 2.
Level 2 Archery

Level 2 takes you from beginner to independent archer. You’ll transition into Olympic recurve-style shooting, use a sight for the first time, learn how to make your own adjustments, shoot farther distances, and experience tournament-style timing and match play.
The goal is to give you the skills and confidence to keep shooting beyond class without needing a coach beside you every step of the way. $175

Week 1 — Olympic Recurve & Sight
Learn Olympic recurve-style form, establish your new anchor and reference points, use a finger tab, and shoot with a sight for the first time. Learn how sight adjustments work at 20 meters.Week 2 — Tournament Skills
Learn tournament buzzers, timing, shooting-line procedures and scoring etiquette while continuing to develop your technique. Complete a 36-arrow scoring round at 20 meters.Week 3 — 25 Meters & Match Play
Move back to 25 meters, adjust your own sight for the new distance, pair up with another archer, and experience tournament-style elimination matches using three-arrow sets and set points.Week 4 — Final Challenge
Complete a final 36-arrow scoring round at 25 meters with a goal of 200+, followed by a collaborative knowledge check covering Olympic recurve technique, equipment, sight adjustment, tournament timing and match play. -
By the end of Level 2, you’ll be able to practice more independently, make basic sight adjustments, score your own rounds, follow tournament timing, and shoot confidently at multiple distances.
From there, you can shoot recreationally, join our archery club, explore competition, or continue developing your skills. When you’re ready for your own equipment, we can also help guide you toward the right bow and setup for your goals.
